The company may elect to electronically monitor areas of the platform and may disclose any content, records, or electronic communication of any kind (i) to satisfy any law, regulation, or government request; (ii) if such disclosure is necessary or appropriate to operate the service; or (iii) to protect our rights or property or the rights of the users, our directors, employees, representatives, sponsors, third party providers or licensors. We are not responsible for screening, policing, editing, or monitoring such content.
The company may terminate your access, or suspend your participation in the network, without notice, for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe is in violation of any applicable law or is harmful to the interests of another user, a third-party Provider, Merchant, Sponsor, Licensor, service provider, or us. The company may compile all pharmacies in the network into a network list to provide to partner suppliers for marketing, communication and other services.

The company acts as an agent for local community pharmacies. When consumers place an order online with us they will allocate their order to their selected local pharmacy.
The consumer agrees that we will use their details to create their order to deliver the service.
To help Customers meet their health care needs we may hold and use their personal information, including their name, address, email address and telephone details, their medication record and other health care information that they supply. This personal information will be used only for the purposes of meeting their health care needs.
Under certain circumstances the company may need to collect additional information (such as health information) from third parties. The company will only collect this information with the consumer’s consent, where it is required by law or where the collection is necessary to prevent or lessen a serious and imminent threat to their health and we have not been able to contact them to obtain consent. Consumers need to be aware that if they do not provide us with certain information about themselves, in some circumstances we may be unable to provide a service that they require.
The personal information held by the company is stored in a secure manner. The company will disclose personal information to the pharmacy when it is selected by the consumer to fulfil the order. The consumer can contact the fulfilling pharmacy by either calling the pharmacy directly (details are specified on their order) or by contacting the company’s support line.
The personal information of the consumer remains their own property at all times. Under no circumstances will the company use this information for direct marketing purposes or disclose this information to a third party.
The pharmacy agrees to comply with the Australian Privacy Principles and the Privacy Act (1998). The pharmacy recognises that they must obtain separate and independent permission directly from the consumer to use personal information for any purpose. In no event, shall the company, its directors, officers, employees and representatives be liable for misuse of personal information by the pharmacy or any third party.
